Solution Upgrade Overview
The Ghost BMS Upgrade Version is a new-generation high-voltage BMS solution specially optimized for large-scale energy storage and industrial applications. Compared with the previous generation, the upgrade version achieves comprehensive improvements in reliability, communication capability, and intelligent features.
- High-Voltage Support: Supports up to 192 series cells, covering 72S/96S/144S/192S and other high-voltage BMS configurations for LFP/NMC battery systems (230.4V LFP system, etc.).
- Current Rating: 200A continuous current, with 300A sustainable for 30 seconds, meeting high-power discharge scenarios.
- Active Balancing: Supports active balancing + intelligent balancing algorithm, effectively extending battery cycle life and improving consistency.
- Comprehensive Safety: Supports over-voltage/under-voltage/over-current/over-temperature/short-circuit protection + dual relay control, compliant with IEC 62619 and UL 1973 safety standards.
- Protocol Communication: Supports CAN 2.0B, RS485, UART and other communication interfaces, compatible with leading inverters including Pylontech, Growatt, Deye, etc., enabling seamless system integration.
- Remote OTA: Supports 4G/GPS module (optional), enabling remote monitoring, data logging, and OTA firmware upgrades, significantly reducing O&M costs.

Mass Production & Delivery Plan
MITASEMI BMS team has completed all reliability tests and the product has entered the small-batch trial production stage. Through 72-hour continuous aging tests, all performance indicators meet design requirements. The SMT process is being optimized, and mass production is scheduled for early June 2026, with the first batch of 500 units expected to be delivered within the month.
