Who We Are
Mitasemi (三田半导体) is a leading power semiconductor company specializing in Silicon Carbide (SiC) and Gallium Nitride (GaN) devices. With R&D centers in China and Japan, we design and manufacture high-performance power devices for the global automotive, industrial, and renewable energy markets.
Our product portfolio spans discrete SiC MOSFETs, power modules, gate driver ICs, and complete power management solutions including BMS and DC-DC converters.

Mitasemi established in Shanghai, focusing on power IC design.
SiC R&D Begins
Dedicated SiC MOSFET research program launched; first prototypes in 2016.

SiC MOSFET 1200V series enters mass production; IATF 16949 certified.
